Exchange Policy: If you receive your product and it does not fit, please contact us, and mail it back within 7 days of delivery date. We will then exchange your product for an alternate size.* We DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR DIFFERENT ITEMS.

Return Policy: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for a refund.

Damage Policy:

If your product arrives damaged or becomes damaged within 14 days of ownership, please email us and we will help you with an exchange for a new one. Otherwise, ALL other damages will not be replaced.

*FOR ALL RING EXCHANGES: After shipping your ring that is damaged or not the right size, please be sure to purchase the Fee for Exchange service on our product page. This will cover the costs for the shipping of your new ring back to you. Keep in mind we do not cover the shipping cost of your item to us and we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages, so we recommend using a tracked method of shipping.
